About the project
The project “Participation in the EIT EdTech 2025 Conference in Brussels” was a developmental and international activity aimed at strengthening the organisation’s competences in educational technologies. Key to the project was combining participation in expert sessions with presenting our own solutions and building relationships with European partners.
During the conference we focused on EdTech trends, practical implementation barriers, and opportunities for cross-border cooperation. As a result, we gained knowledge that we can directly apply in educational projects carried out in Poland.
Process
As part of the task, the association’s delegation actively participated in panels, thematic sessions, and workshops on, among other topics, AI in education, digital accessibility, school transformation, and teacher support. An important element was participation in the Co-Creation Lab, where together with representatives of various sectors from EU countries we worked on recommendations for the future of EdTech.
In parallel, we prepared and presented a mini-demo of TailyApp.io as an example of a Polish educational innovation. The presentation served as a starting point for discussions about the tool’s applications, implementation barriers, and directions for further development.
After the conference, we prepared a substantive summary, recommendations for further actions, and launched communication of the project results through our own channels—on the website and on social media.

Impact
What changed thanks to the project
The project was implemented as planned and delivered clear added value for the organisation. The most important result was strengthening strategic competences in the EdTech area and better preparation for international and partnership projects.
This translated into three practical effects: organising knowledge about European trends and implementation barriers, developing directions for TailyApp.io, and building a contact base for further cooperation with educational, startup, and institutional entities.
Additionally, we increased the organisation’s visibility through a public post-conference report and online communication of the project. As a result, the outcomes of the task were not only developed but also disseminated among the community interested in education and technology.
